What is Embodied Talk Therapy?

Too often we approach mental health in a disembodied way, creating resistance between who we are and who we think we need to be.  At MiHS we acknowledge the importance of incorporating embodied and relational approaches to mental health treatment. Embodied Talk Therapy is great for change-markers:
