What is Mental Wellness Coaching?

Our mental wellness coaching is a program for individuals interested in reaching mental health goals outside of the traditional psychotherapy context. During this program, you will meet with one of our Service Advisors to help you:

 

1) Identify your mental wellness goals or toxic patterns you’d like to break

2) Explore a path to reach those goals

3) Develop skill sets that will help you enjoy the journey to your desired destination.

 

Although the conversations will be therapeutic, this is not a therapy treatment. Service Advisors may or may not be licensed therapists. You are the expert on your life; your coach will help support you in self-improvement. If you are looking for intensive therapy, we invite you to explore our Embodied Psychotherapy treatment.
